Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Ramped Racing, you agree to the following fulfillment and shipping terms.

Decals

Ramped Racing has up to 1.5 weeks (10–11 days) to fulfill and ship decal orders. While most decal orders ship much sooner, this timeframe is in place to account for unexpected issues such as printing errors, equipment maintenance, material shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Vented Plates

Ramped Racing has up to 3 weeks to fulfill and ship vented plate orders. Although we rarely require the full 3 weeks, this timeframe allows for potential manufacturing delays, equipment issues, or component availability that could affect production.

Wheels

All wheel sets are built to order. Ramped Racing has up to 1.2 months (approximately 5 weeks) to provide tracking information for wheel orders.

Please note that this fulfillment timeframe does not include the time your package may spend in customs clearance or waiting to be received by the shipping carrier after tracking has been created. These processes are outside of Ramped Racing’s control.

If your tracking status displays messages such as “Carrier has not received the package,” “Carrier not in possession of the package,” or similar, this typically indicates the shipment is still completing customs clearance or awaiting pickup by the shipping provider. This is a normal part of the international shipping process and does not indicate that your order has been lost.

Although wheel orders almost never require the full fulfillment period, these timelines exist to account for unexpected component shortages, quality control, manufacturing issues, or other delays that may arise.

Decal & Vented Plate Proofs

If a customer requests a proof before printing decals or vented plates, a proof will be provided for approval. Customers have 24 hours from the time the proof is sent to request changes or approve the design. If no response is received within 24 hours, Ramped Racing reserves the right to proceed with production as submitted, and additional changes are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks

The fulfillment times listed above are part of our Terms of Service and are intended to establish clear expectations before an order is placed.

If Ramped Racing fulfills an order within the stated fulfillment time, or if a customer has agreed to an extended timeframe due to a known issue or delay, the customer acknowledges that these circumstances do not constitute grounds for a chargeback.

Exceptions

The fulfillment times above apply unless:

• The product is clearly marked as a Pre-Order, or
• A different fulfillment timeframe is specifically stated on the product page or communicated to the customer before purchase. Estimated delivery or shipping dates displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not override or replace the fulfillment timeframes outlined in this policy.
