Return and Order Cancilation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by sending a cancellation request via email to rampedracing@gmail.com with the order number. Orders cannot be canceled after the 24-hour window, as processing and shipping may have already begun. Due to the nature of custom and performance parts, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or store credit only, with refunds issued at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Ramped Racing is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation or use of parts.
